2011 Training begins

This year I turned 50 years old. I am planning on doing at minimum 1 ultramarathon and 1 1/2 Ironman. July 9th 2011 Ironman Muncie, and the Haliburton Forest 100 miler. This year I will be running barefoot in an attempt to eliminate my yearly running injury. I am also adding Chia seeds to my diet.
