Cleared to Race Halibuton Forest 100 Miler

Met with my new Doctor yesterday... he cleared me for the race...the 10 day headache is over...

Time Goals
50 Miles: 11:00:00 hours
100 Miles: 21:50:00 hours.
or
100 Miles: 23:59:00 hours

Race Plan
  • Run 8:00 per kilometer pace for the first 50 Miles.
  • Start the last 50 miles at the 11hours into the race.
Shoe: Mizuno Wave Assend 
Size: 13
Weight: 13.5 ounces.
Hydration:  I'll be using the Nathan 1.5 liter shoulder pack.
